Our steamers can be divided into pieces, allowing you to use just the right amount. Each steamer is infused with menthol crystals to encourage deep breathing and can now be customized by breaking it into smaller portions. Our mixed pack contains a random selection from our current steamer range.

Renew Me - Essential Oil Blend is a rejuvenating pick-me-up designed to energize and strengthen your central nervous system. This highly stimulating blend is perfect for those who experience weakness and exhaustion.

Sinus Relief—Eucalyptus Essential Oil is perfect for easing nasal congestion, colds, and sinus problems. Our shower steamers also include menthol crystals, which can help clear your airways and assist with deeper breathing, allowing you to breathe more.

Sleepy Head - French Lavender, known for promoting relaxation, makes them a great addition to your bedtime routine. 

Uplifting - Peppermint steamer is perfect for boosting energy and reducing stress and nervousness.

Zen - Essential oil blend is a mood enhancer, anti-depressant, and relaxing.

Place the shower steamer tablet or a segment away from the direct shower stream on the shower floor. Let water splashes from your shower activate the tablet, releasing the oils and vapour into the air. The heat and steam will carry it upwards for you to breathe in.

Put a segment or a steamer in a bowl (not aluminium or plastic, as they react with essential oils). Get in the shower, add some water to the bowl, and let the steamer dissolve. You can either place the bowl at head level or on a ledge (as close to your face as possible) or splash the water on the shower wall or glass above head high and let it drip down. The wall area and the shower heat help disperse the essential oils in the air for you to breathe in.

DO NOT USE AS A BATH BOMB or directly on the skin: It contains a high concentration of essential oils. All are made with menthol.
